The spirit of "Respect" at the core of our ICT solutions.

BrainDirection Inc. is celebrating its 17th year as a team of ICT solution professionals. Starting as a one-person operation, we have grown into a 43-member organization providing a wide range of IT solutions.

Our corporate philosophy is the spirit of "Respect" — toward our customers, employees, and society. It is a simple principle: when we serve customers with respect, business naturally follows; when our members (including leadership) respect one another, we tackle challenges as one; and when we respect society, we help create a better future.

In recent years, cloud adoption and security enhancement have become critical priorities directly tied to business strategy. We focus on cloud solutions built on Microsoft 365 / Azure / AWS, and comprehensive security services including SASE (Secure Access Service Edge), Zero Trust architecture, and Microsoft Intune endpoint management — backed by our ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified operations, supporting our clients' secure and efficient work environments.

To strengthen our brand, we have shifted from heavy mid-career hiring toward actively recruiting young and inexperienced talent, investing in long-term training so they can grow alongside our clients' solutions.

We were also early adopters of workstyle reform. In 2018 (Heisei 30), we opened a Cloud Office, enabling work from any location and at any time. This supports those preparing for childbirth, those living with disabilities, and others who find commuting difficult.

In August 2025, we obtained ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification — a foundational step in being a trusted IT partner.

We will continue to develop as an organization, contribute to the ICT industry, and support the advancement of society.
